Every piece is handcrafted especially for you.

Processing Time

Please allow 7-14 days for your order to be crafted and despatched.

Tracked Delivery

All UK orders are sent using a tracked postal service. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Secure Packaging

Your jewellery is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition.

Returns

14-Day Returns

You can return unworn and in its original condition items within 14 days of delivery if you are not fully satisfied with your product. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for all return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging.

Faulty or Damaged

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items are handled separately, and return postage will be covered by Walden Hall Studio. Please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging.

Made-To-Order

Personalised or customised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This refers to any personal request made to alter any of the standard pieces we have on offer, based on a requested alteration that has been agreed on.

PACKAGING & TRANSIT DAMAGE

Every order is carefully secured within protective outer packaging before dispatch. While we cannot guarantee that the outer postal packaging will arrive completely free from marks or minor transit damage, this should not affect the jewellery or its presentation packaging.

If your jewellery or presentation packaging arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging so that we can put things right.

Walden Hall Studio remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you. Any claims relating to loss or damage in transit will be handled directly by us with the delivery provider.
