Yes. Every Walden Hall Studio piece is handcrafted in the Peak District, England. We work in small quantities and finish each piece individually.

We use genuine natural gemstones unless a product description clearly states otherwise. Colour, pattern, translucency and inclusions naturally vary.

Your jewellery will closely reflect the design shown, but natural gemstones are unique. Small differences make each piece individual.

Depending on the design we use 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, 18k gold ion plated, gold and silver coloured PVD, 925 sterling silver and 14k gold-filled components.

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible, unworn items. Unless faulty, return postage is the customers responsibility.

Please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs. Faulty items can be reported within 30 days.

Keep jewellery dry and avoid perfume, lotions, household chemicals and prolonged moisture. Gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wear.

Store each piece separately in its box or a soft pouch, away from direct sunlight, damp conditions and hard surfaces.

Available lengths are shown on each product page. Compare them with a piece you already enjoy wearing.

Many of our designs are available in a choice of lengths. Where different sizes are offered, the available options will appear in the drop-down menu on the individual product page for you to select before adding the item to your basket.

Some designs can also be adjusted while being worn using an extension chain or macramé sliding fastening. Where applicable, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Some pieces offer macrame, lobster claw or T-bar fastenings depending on the design and metal finish.

We can consider limited alterations, such as length or fastenings. Please contact us before ordering.

Please allow 7-14 days for processing and despatch. Any different time scale will be stated on the product page.
