By placing an order with us and using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order
Processing Times
Each piece is handmade to order and our usual processing time is 7-14 working days. Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods and sale events.
Jewellery Care
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid exposure to water, perfume and harsh chemicals. To learn more about how to care for your jewellery please visit our Jewellery Care page for full guidance.
Products & Handmade Nature
All of our jewellery is handcrafted using natural gemstones, beads and premium components. Slight variations in colour, size and texture are natural characteristics and are not considered faults.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery to UK and applicable shipping zones (see Delivery page for full details). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or shipping areas we selected.
Limitation of Liability
Walden Hall Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damage arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order only.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected or is deleted.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
